Slackware 2.2.0 is released.  100's of little things were changed, but careful
logs weren't kept.  If they had been, you probably wouldn't see this released
for a few more months, so...

Some new features: Linux 1.2.1, gcc-2.6.3, libc-4.6.27, and XFree86 3.1.1.

I'd like to thank the guys @Walnut Creek for providing hardware for the
Slackware project, and for allowing me the time to get everything "just exactly
perfect." :^)

./slakware/a2/bin.tgz: Removed /usr/bin/encode, /usr/bin/decode, 
                       /usr/bin/doshell.  (Actually, I kind of liked "doshell"
                       for historical reasons.  Anyone got source?)
./slakware/a4/etc.tgz: Changes to /etc/profile and /etc/csh.login to support
                       color-ls-3.12.0.2 (even though it's slower ;^)
                       usr/bin/bban and /usr/bin/sysvbanner moved to bin.tgz.
./slakware/n2/sendmail.tgz: Linked /usr/sbin/sendmail to /usr/bin/sendmail.
./slakware/n3/tin.tgz: Added a default NNTP_INEWS_DOMAIN for those who refuse
                       to RTFM.
./slakware/x5/xlock.tgz: Upgraded from 1.14 to 2.4.

                        Made /usr/bin/mtools setgid floppy.
./slakware/a2/bin.tgz: Added a daily 'updatedb' to the root crontab.
./slakware/a4/etc.tgz: Fixes made to 'adduser'.
./slakware/a4/hdsetup.tgz: Fixed setup.tty bug.
./slakware/n1/tcpip.tgz: Fixed "time" line in /etc/inetd.conf.
./slakware/x8/config86.tgz: Moved ConfigXF86 into 'old-version' directory.
                            Use xf86config-xfree86-3.1 instead.
